All parents and guardians are equally valued as part of the learning  community. I believe that all children’s learning is enhanced, when working together with their parents and carers. 

I seek to work in partnership with all parents and carers, keeping them consistently updated about their children’s achievements, learning and progression. 

I aim to:

• support parents and carers, as their child's educator.

• Develop strong professional relationships with parents, making them feel welcome, valued and respected.

• Present a consistent excellence in attitudes and standards towards their child's learning as a teacher. 

• Encourage and enable all parents and carers to be involved in children’s learning.

• Openly discuss problems or issues and work together with making solutions as a mentor.
